CONSTRUCTION: The panels are constructed of a hardened steel top and bottom sheet plate with corrosion-resistant coatings on both sides, enclosing a cementitious structural core.
TOLERANCE: 0.25mm and a flatness tolerance of 0.5mm across the top of the panel measured diagonally
CONNECTION: All four corners of the panel are screwed to the pedestal head.

Pedestal: pedestal is plated with zinc and cast aluminum alloy, whose height is adjustable and can be self-locked.

It is constructed of high-quality alloy cold-rolled BAOWU STEEL plate stretched shaping, spot-welded, epoxy powder coated after phosphating, foamed cement infilled, and corner locked. The fire-resistant decorative plates can withstand high temperatures due to the conductive chips implanted in them. The pedestals and cross beams are zinc plated, and the pedestals' heights are adjustable and self-locking.
